Lionsgate Leads is a business-to-business lead generation company. We help U.S. law firms acquire qualified prospective-client inquiries through targeted digital advertising, structured qualification and geographically focused campaigns. We are not a law firm, an attorney referral service or a provider of legal advice.

Law firm inquiries: when you submit a form on this website, we collect your name, law firm name, business email address, phone number, website, your service area, your practice area, your desired lead volume and any additional information you choose to provide.

Prospective-client inquiries: in the course of generating leads, we collect information that consumers submit in response to our advertising campaigns — such as contact details, the nature of their legal matter and their location — which we qualify and deliver to the law firm that purchased the lead.

Website usage data: like most websites, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URLs, used to operate, secure and improve the website.

How we use information

We use law firm contact information to respond to inquiries, prepare campaign proposals, deliver services under a delivery agreement, and communicate about our services.

We use prospective-client inquiry information to qualify inquiries against the purchasing law firm's criteria and to deliver qualified leads to that firm. We do not use this information to provide legal advice, and we do not sell it to unrelated third parties.

We use website usage data to understand how the site is used, to diagnose technical problems and to improve our content and campaigns.

How we share information

Qualified prospective-client inquiries are delivered to the law firm that purchased the lead under a campaign-specific delivery agreement. Where a firm purchases exclusive distribution, the inquiry is delivered to that firm only.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate — such as hosting, email delivery and analytics providers — under obligations to protect it.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety or that of others.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

We retain inquiry and submission records for as long as needed to operate our services, meet contractual obligations and comply with legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
